In an old National Geographic magazine, a young Huichol couple with the woman holding a baby is proudly standing in the middle of a field. It's black and white, and I fell in love with this image. Since I visit Mexico often, Huichol tradition has been a big interest for me. By sketching this couple with the blind contour technique, the two started to merge into one being.
